Post launch

After your Instagrocer store goes live, update your inventory files regularly:

• Upload inventory files whenever your prices or availability change. Instagrocer recommends daily.
  • When updating existing products, it can take two to three hours for the changes to appear on your storefront.
  • When adding new products, it can take between three to five business days for the product to appear on your storefront. Instagrocer needs to verify the product.
• To drive traffic and increase volume, add sales, set loyalty pricing, or create promotions.
• If you sell private label products, you can add nutritional information.
• To help customers choose products that meet their needs, add product claims.
